About This Learning Material

UX Design Foundations & User Research shows how good design starts with understanding the people who will use a product. It suits new designers, product managers and developers who want a structured way to learn what users need before deciding what to build.

The Beginner level introduces usability, accessibility and the basics of human behaviour in digital environments. Intermediate covers planning research, writing interview questions, running surveys and choosing between qualitative and quantitative methods. Advanced focuses on synthesising findings into personas, journey maps and problem statements, and on planning and running usability tests. Expert looks at building research into a team's regular process, presenting insights persuasively and linking user evidence to measurable product and business outcomes.
