• Access to purchased content remains active for fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery
• We may revise, suspend, modify, or terminate any service offering with prior notice. Any refund decisions are made in accordance with our internal policies and at our discretion

Billing & Payment Terms

• Transactions are processed securely through authorized payment service providers
• Accepted currencies include Japanese Yen (JP¥), United States Dollars (US$), and Hong Kong Dollars (HK$)
• After payment confirmation, a transaction reference number (Order ID) will be emailed for your records

Refunds & Cancellations

• Requests for refunds must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date and are assessed under our official Refund Policy
• Cancellation requests are evaluated individually and are subject to the applicable Cancellation Policy terms
